Delivery
An ETA should be sent automatically but if you didn't receive it, please reach out to us manually via email or call or text 6099687063
By default, in the lobby or general mailroom area. If no one was on site to intercept, a picture will be taken and sent when you ask us to send.
*if you want us to bring up anything you have to reach out to us with a flexible schedule for the delivery date so we can schedule a special delivery for you where our driver brings everything to your apartment door.
**all huge size and full size plants are brought up by default.
We will bring any orders containing Full size and Huge size plants up to your door by default. As for other sizes, we leave in the lobby/general mail room area and take a picture if no one is there to receive the plants. If you need us to bring up your plants, you will need to reach out to us via phone (6099687063) or email (hello@grandeplants.com) so we can schedule it.
We cannot do that even if you put it in your delivery instructions because our driver has too many orders to make everyday and one detour can throw off the whole schedule. But we can send ETAs during the morning of delivery and if the timeframe doesn't work for you that day, we can simply push the delivery back...etc

And all the five boroughs of NYC
We ALSO deliver to North New Jersey areas like Jersey City, Hoboken, Bloomfield, Montclair, Maplewood, South Orange, Morristown, East Brunswick, North Brunswick Township, Fort Lee, Little Fall, and Nutley Township in New Jersey.
Orders placed before 2PM are sent out for delivery the very next day, or whatever date you want.
We deliver next day for orders placed before 2PM est. Or any date you choose during checkout.
Yes, one is ETA when you request one by reaching out, one when our driver heads toward you and another when he arrives.

Hand-picking Feature
Yes you will receive the exact numbered plant you chose from our website.
That's due to a website limitation. But the total price of the plant you see is correct even if you see an extra pot item under your plant name. So if you have removed a pot option from your cart page, and still see the pot line item, just ignore it and check out as usual.
