Commonly known as the Spider Ivy, or Ribbon Plant, this fast-growing plant is native to coastal areas of South Africa. With its long, arching, green and white striped leaves, accompanied by shoots of plantlets, the Spider Plant is a truly unique plant, making it a great conversation starter! It is also very good at purifying the air!

Being that it's from a tropical environment, it thrives in warm temperatures, slightly moist soil, moderate to high humidity, indirect bright light and will grow anywhere from 1 to 2 ft. indoors. They will grow with a more bushy nature and their spiderettes trailing down low! This makes them great for hanging a brightly lit room or a screened in porch!

Over time the plant will put out more and more spider babies that you can propagate to make yourself another plant!
